🎲 Day Game: Sense your feet when you notice you’re in your head

👉 When you notice you are looping in your head, bring all of your awareness down to the physical sensations of your feet. 


✏️ Really get a sense (not know) of “these are my feet”, the sense of your feet being in contact with the ground or being wrapped by your shoes if you’re wearing them.
