How I work
I work with driven people - entrepreneurs, creators, athletes, and coaches - who feel that something under the surface is running the show.
They can sense a pattern but cannot name it. An effort that never quite fulfills. A way of living that once inspired but has lost its spark or has proven unsustainable.
We use the body as a thinking partner.
Through movement, attention, and compassionate inquiry, we uncover what is actually driving your decisions, your tensions and relational dynamics.
We translate that understanding into clearer action, lighter effort, and more freedom of choice.
This is not talk therapy. It's not performance hacking with protocols.
It's a practice path of truthful self-understanding that makes you more grounded and effective because it aligns you with your integrity, your values: your inner life.

We create intentional space. We locate a pattern in your landscape.
We gently initiate motion, connect to what's already moving and allow new spontaneous movements.
Fully online.
Move - 3-5 months trajectory, 8-10 sessions. €1797
For when you know something needs to change and you are ready to move beyond current patterns.
We go deeper into what requires presence.
Awareness directs chosen action. Consistent conscious actions build momentum grounded in intent.
In-person (Antwerp) - Online - Hybrid
Perform - 5-6 months trajectory, 10 sessions + mid-week check-ins. €2497
For high-performing individuals (often entrepreneurs, professional athletes, managers) who want close, sustained support while navigating pressure.

Custom Day Games based on your patterns - short daily practices built from what emerges in sessions
Meditations built from your own imagery and language - not generic, drawn from your specific inner landscape
Between-session support when something needs attention before the next session
Guidance on integration: how to build a practice that actually holds in daily life, and how to work with the typical pitfalls when the old pulls you back
An intake questionnaire at the start to map your situation in depth
Perform and Arrive additionally include:
Weekly momentum calls (20 min) between sessions
Movement feedback on request - send a video, receive specific observations on posture and execution
Arrive also includes access to 2 Urban Reheats within the trajectory.

After a trajectory package
Some clients feel complete or decide to digest. They move onwards with what they came for. Others want to shift their intent to another trajectory (e.g. Release to Move is common).
Others want ongoing support - a steady presence and an intentional time slot in their agenda, without the full commitment of a new trajectory.
For those clients, I offer monthly coaching with 30 days' notice to pause or close:
One session/month — €200
Two sessions/month — €350
Three sessions/month — €500
Sessions only. The goal of the trajectory was always self-reliance. This is for those who want an occasional companion on a path they are now largely walking on their own.

I will respond personally. If there is a fit, we plan a discovery session. By the end of that session, we will both know whether to continue and which trajectory suits you best.
If you want to hear how I think before reaching out, I record voice reflections when something feels alive - after my own practice, coaching sessions, on walks, in the minutes when a thought wants to be expressed verbally rather than written.
