Youth Coaching
The younger generation often grows up in a disembodied way where technology and virtual rule.
This is dominance impacts their physicality, imagination and mental well-being.
Youth coaching supports the young generation to connect with their body, expand self-awareness and develop resilience.
Through a combination of physical training, games and introspective tasks expect to learn how training your body impacts your mind, how attention can be cultivated and the impacts of stress or pressures lightened.
1•1 youth coaching might be for you(r child) if you are

In 1•1 youth coaching, expect to learn

꩜ develop physical resilience and joy in moving
꩜ the skill of relaxation and allowing your body to self-regulate to lower overwhelm and recover fast
In 1•1 Youth Coaching you get
• one month to six month trajectory that includes 3 to 10 sessions (online, in-person or hybrid)
• individualized movement exercise recommendations and/or training programs
• introspective and creative tasks
• optional basic nutritional and lifestyle advices
• direct communication throughout via Signal or Telegram so any questions or feedback can be asked on short notice
The first step is a discovery call
In this 20-minute discovery call, we'll explore your current obstacles, goals, and dreams and determine if youth 1•1 coaching can be a supportive process.
This call can be with the parent, the kid or both - as preferred.

Hi, I’m Olivier
With over 15 years of experience in working together with kids in sports, education and overcoming individual obstacles I’ve dedicated myself to expanding kids their relationship to their body beyond competing or comparing.
In this way the body becomes a doorway that teaches self-knowledge, compassion and the necessary physical-psychological resilience for kids to move towards their individual aims past the obstacles they meet along the way.
I do not fix kids.
I support them to understand themselves better to lower moments of suffering. I wish for kids to navigating through life with joyful physicality, inner curiosity and imagination.
