without pressure, optimisation, or willpower.
Each day, you receive one basic practice.
Sometimes short.
Sometimes longer.
Always something I actually return to - with clients and myself.
The aim is not improvement.
The aim is to start well, notice sooner and stop overriding yourself.

How it works (practically)
One daily practice, delivered simply
No fixed time - you enter when it fits
Nothing live, nothing to keep up with
You can send in questions; I’ll answer them to the group
You’re free to repeat, skip, or slow down
Practices are shared in a mix of short video, audio, and occasional written prompts - always simple, direct, and usable in daily life.
This isn’t about discipline.
It’s about daily re-entry.

Entering the practice
This is not a programme you need to start at the “right” moment.
You enter where you are.
When you join, you receive access to the full 36 days of practice, just as the initial group did - plus an additional month to stay with it.
In total, you have 72 days of access to practice, revisit, pause and return.
There is no catching up.
There is only entering.
