👉 Whenever you notice yourself triggered, in a mood you know very well, a habitual track of thinking that doesn’t lead to the station or payoff you want to get to… develop the black smoke breathing reflex.


✏️ See the black smoke and actively exhale it by pulling your belly button inwards towards your lower spine, rest in the pause for a zero moment for at least 1, 2, 3 counts - then allow the inhale to passively expand you again - repeat for 3.
