Spring Reheat · Northern Italy
Lighten up to light it up.
Thursday 20 to Sunday 23 May 2027
Four days in spring, a small group, a house built for artists by a wild river. Movement, rest and play with Olivier Goetgeluck and Natalia Pieczuro. What hardened gets lighter, and you take home practices that support keeping it that way.
15 places: 9 in the house, 6 for people who prefer a B&B nearby. Pay the base, or what it's worth to you. Early bird until 31 January 2027.
You might recognise this
These are things people told us before they participated:
The tension sits in your jaw, your neck, your upper back, and it's still there on holiday.
Work narrows into tunnel vision. Sport and friends slowly get less of you.
You feel most like yourself in nature, or when someone you trust gives you something new to explore.
You want to feel connected again: with yourself, and with other people.
You feel stuck. The same situations come back, the same thoughts loop, the same tension shows up. And the creative part of you, the part that wants to make or say something, isn't getting out.
No movement background needed. People from 18 to 73 have joined: artists, managers, coaches, physios, athletes, entrepreneurs. What they share is curiosity.
It's probably not for you if you're looking for a holiday with some yoga on the side, or for someone to fix you. We don't fix people. We give you practices, and room to find your own way back.
The lightening is in the return
Most approaches start by talking about the pattern. We start by moving it. When you're stuck, the body usually knows before the mind does, so that's where we begin.
Zero Forms in the morning. A slow sequence that opens the joints and shows you, every day, what state you're in. A practice you can keep doing at home.
Movement games and partner work. Light, playful pressure, so your habits show up in a safe way. Then you try another response, and you feel the difference right away. Olivier studied this way of working for more than seven years with Fighting Monkey (Jozef Frucek and Linda Kapetanea).
Rest as a skill. Guided relaxation, bodywork and stillness. Many people find out they had forgotten how to really stop.
Imagery and clay. You give the inner picture a shape you can see and touch. What was invisible becomes visible, and then you can work with it.
Coaches, teachers and therapists: you take part as yourself, and you also leave with games, exercises and ways of guiding that you can bring to your own groups and clients.

A wild root by a free river
La Radice Selvatica, "the wild root", is a centre for culture and creative work in San Martino al Tagliamento, in Friuli, north-east Italy. Dancers, theatre makers and musicians come here for residencies to research and create new work. It's a house used to people trying things they haven't tried before.
A 300 m² hall with a dance floor. Room to move, roll, play and lie still, whatever the weather.
A guest house with 9 places: two double rooms (each can take an extra single bed) and a four-bed room. Simple rooms, two bathrooms, quiet corners for writing or drawing between sessions.
Prefer your own room? Two B&Bs are 1 to 1.8 km away, five minutes by bike or ten on foot. You join every session and every meal.
A cook on site who cooks for artists in residence. In the morning there's always coffee, tea, bread baked in the house and something light. Lunch is warm, with a cold buffet next to it. Dinner we eat together. You don't plan a single meal.
The Tagliamento river, one of the last wide, free-flowing rivers in the Alps, close by for walks and practice outside. Its gravel beds stretch for hundreds of metres, with the mountains behind them.
At the table
Meals are part of the work. You sit down with the people you just moved with, and conversations go where they need to.
A Reheat isn't a retreat. You don't go away from your life. You come closer to what's already running in it, and in a place like this it shows quickly.

Who's guiding
Olivier Goetgeluck
Olivier has spent more than fifteen years coaching people in sport, business and personal development, from young athletes to professionals. He is trained in Vegetative Training, a somatic method, and studied Fighting Monkey Practice for over seven years: precise, methodical, with a lot of play.
Natalia Pieczuro
Natalia is a performer and teacher, trained in Traditional Chinese Medicine. She has taught Fighting Monkey Practice since 2006 and, since 2019, assists Jozef Frucek in the Fighting Monkey Mentorship. She brings an intuitive, organic way of moving and a strong sense that the body keeps moving even in rest.
Together they've run Reheats in Galicia, Lisbon and Antwerp.
What it costs, and why it's set this way
We want a mixed group: coaches, writers, singers and artists next to managers, entrepreneurs, students and people close to or in retirement. That mix is part of what makes a Reheat work.
So the base price covers the four days. If you can give more, or you value it more, you choose your amount. That makes room for someone who couldn't come otherwise. Everyone gets the same four days, and nobody checks what you chose.

Practical questions
-
Easier than it looks. Fly into Venice Marco Polo, Venice Treviso or Trieste. From there it's about an hour by car. There's a shared shuttle from Venice airport on Thursday afternoon and back on Sunday afternoon, €25 per person each way: tick it when you book. Or take a regional train to Casarsa della Delizia; the house is 15 minutes away by taxi. Two weeks before, we open a WhatsApp group so people can share rides and travel together. Nobody has to figure it out alone.

-
Yes. No experience is needed, only willingness to explore. Most people arrive a bit nervous. That usually lasts until the first morning.
-
English. We speak slowly and check in. If your English isn't perfect, that's fine; much of the work is in the body.
-
You take part within your own limits. Before the Reheat you fill in a short questionnaire, so we know what your body needs and can adapt.
-
The cook prepares lunch and dinner: a warm lunch with a cold buffet beside it, and dinner together. In the morning there's coffee, tea, home-baked bread and something light. Tell us your diet in the questionnaire and it's taken care of.
-
Yes, in the house you share a room: two double rooms that can each take a third bed, and a four-bed room. If you prefer your own room, sleep in one of the B&Bs nearby (1 to 1.8 km) and join everything else.
-
A €200 deposit holds your place. The rest you pay by 31 March, at the amount you choose: the base, the sustaining amount, or more. If you need an invoice for you business or your company pays, let us know upfront and you get an invoice (VAT added).
-
More than 75 days before: full refund or credit (minus processing fees). 45 to 75 days: 50%. Less than 45 days: no refund, but you can pass your place to someone else.
-
Book a 20-minute call with Olivier. No sales talk. We'll see together whether it fits.
