Autumn Reheat
October 31 - November 1, 2026 - Antwerp, Belgium
Two days of movement, stillness, and practice with Olivier Goetgeluck and Natalia Pieczuro
Limited spots to keep the group close.
Who this is for
People who sense they're looking for something but aren't sure what. People who've already done the courses, the coaching, the reading and feel there's still a door they haven't walked through.
You don't need experience with movement practice.
You need a willingness to search.
What we notice first
Before anyone has spoken, we're already listening. Most of the communication is non-verbal - the way you stand, the tension in the voice, the mannerisms, the social persona that's been running so long it feels like you.
We also notice something else: a craving to meet. A willingness to put yourself on the line. An intent in the eyes that says I want to work. That's what makes a Reheat possible. Not just our facilitation. Your resoluteness.
When that's present, something happens that's hard to describe in advance.
Why a Reheat in the city
We run Reheats in nature and in cities on purpose. They're not the same work.
In the countryside, the landscape does part of the job. You arrive, and something already starts to settle.
In the city, there's no help like that. Buildings keep their construction. The stimuli keep coming - traffic, screens, signs, the pull of things asking for your attention. You learn to find stillness anyway. You learn to find solitude in the crowd.
This matters because you don't live in a retreat centre. You live where you live. The capacity we're after is the one you can bring home on the tram - staying grounded in yourself while the world does what the world does.
Antwerp is the room to practice that in.
Urban distraction becomes part of the practice material.
What we work with
Physical games. Partner work. Joint articulation in the morning. Guided relaxation and body-work. Stillness. Imagery. Time to talk, to be quiet, to move.
The games are not metaphors. They're real situations that expose how you hold yourself under pressure:
how you position when uncertain,
how you move when you meet resistance.
What was invisible becomes visible.
What felt stuck begins to show options.
You work on it in the room, over two days, with a small group of people who are also willing.
A schedule, roughly
Saturday, October 31
8:45AM — Arrivals
9:00 AM — Zero Forms: spiraling, waving, curving movement to open the joints and wake the body
11:00 AM — Movement situations and creative tasks
1:00 PM — Lunch break
2:30 PM — Guided relaxation, body-work, imagery
3:30 PM — Movement situations, observational work, stillness practice
6:00 PM — Close
Sunday, November 1
Same frame. The intensity deepens - longer practices, more sustained attention, more space for what's emerging in the group.
The second day isn't pre-written. It's shaped by what happened on Saturday: what the group noticed, where the friction was, what each person is working on. We compile it live. You're not being moved through a protocol. You're part of what forms the day.
The frame is organized so people see there's structure.
Inside it, the content adapts to who’s in the room.
If we had to name one thing you'd leave with
Olivier:Trust in stillness. Not as a concept — as an experience. Resting in it and sensing that it's not an empty box. That there's warmth in it, knowledge in it, something you already knew before you knew it.
Natalia: A felt sense that life is still moving. That even when you feel there are no more doors, the smallest noticing of change lets you breathe again. You remember that things are in motion. Remember that you have agency. That remembrance tends to stay.
Why we work together
We're complementary. Olivier is more methodological and precise - offering a pathway you can practice with. Natalia brings wild imagination, intuition, a more organic and unbounded quality to the work. Natalia believes Olivier is more air and water. Natalia experiences herself more as earth and fire.
We disagree sometimes. We bring different ideas. Through listening, we find a common thread - and often the disagreement itself becomes something creative. What you'll meet over the two days is that exchange. Two practitioners who trust each other and are not the same.
When & Where
October 31 - November 1, 2026
9AM-6PM
Studio Carwash, Borgerhout. An artistic space for movement, bodywork, and creation. Black professional dance floor, room to move, the quiet of a hidden cave in the middle of the city.
Sergeyselsstraat 42, 2140 Antwerpen – Borgerhout. (Map)
Getting here:
A short walk from Antwerp Central Station. Central Station is about 30 minutes by train from Brussels Airport, which makes the studio easy to reach from almost anywhere in Europe - without needing a car at all.
From people who've been in the room with us:
"What is a reheat? Yes, you have read correctly. No misspellings there. It is not a retreat. It is a gathering of curious people deeply interested in a shared journey. The path is identical for every participant. The experience is most probably different for everyone.
There is a constant dialogue. With yourself. With others. You listen to what is moving inside you. You listen to what others are proposing to you. You listen to what you see. To what you feel. A constant feedback loop between you and your environment.
An unseen bond is evolving under the roof of the dome. Plastic trust is developed through honest presence. Touching. Moving. Smashing. Bending. Pulling. Pushing. Twisting. Swinging. Waving. Singing. Saying. Screaming.
A rebirth. You forget who you are. To remember you are."
— Simon Schmid, team manager & coach, Switzerland
"It was a life changing inner and outer trip."
— Anton Blanco, artist
"As the first retreat I ever attended, it was a nice surprise to completely feel at home. I love remembering our primal selves — still humble, still challenging."
— Emre Erdogan, marketing director
"The beginning of a journey within myself that took me to bewildering and mysterious places. It left me yearning to look for answers to difficult questions. It starts with the energy of Olivier and Natalia which carries over to the participants, and a safe space is instantly built."
— Ozana Marginean, movement coach
"I'm feeling more vulnerable and stronger at the same time."
— Marta Argüelles, writer
